The column robot for carton palletizing is a highly efficient automated solution designed for precise material handling and palletizing of packaged goods.
Packaged materials are first conveyed to the designated palletizing area for accurate positioning. The column robot, through coordinated multi-axis movement, positions its gripper directly above the material. Upon receiving the material positioning signal, the gripper is driven downward along the Z-axis by a servo motor until it reaches the optimal gripping height. The gripper then activates to securely clamp the material, after which the Z-axis servo motor reverses to lift the gripper to a safe height. Following the customer’s pre-programmed instructions, the robot transports the material to the target palletizing position, where the Z-axis descends to place the material precisely at the designated drop-off point.
