TY-P-W Belt Type Hopperless Quantitative Packaging Scale

Our belt-type hopperless quantitative packaging scale (Model TY-P-W) is purpose-built for packaging poorly flowing materials, including powder, flake, block, and mixed substances. The main scale body (material-contact parts made of 304 stainless steel) comes standard with a control system (meter or PLC), under-scale conveyor, and bag sewing machine, delivering a fully automated packaging solution for industrial production lines.

Featuring three-speed belt feeding and double-cylinder belt bag clamping, it offers a weighing range of 10–50kg with ±0.2% accuracy, and a high packaging speed of 160–260 bags per hour. With a compact scale height of 2300mm, power consumption of 2.5KW, and compressed air requirements of 0.4–0.6Mpa at 1m³/h, it optimizes efficiency while ensuring hygienic, reliable packaging for challenging bulk materials.
