Core Process Flow
The machine follows a structured vacuum emulsification workflow:
Water Phase & Oil Phase Preparation:
Water pot: Raw material feeding → heating, blending, and dissolving
Oil pot: Raw material weighing → heating, blending, and dissolving
Emulsification Pot Processing:
Vacuum suction → preheating → feeding water and oil phases
Pre-blending (variable speed) → vacuum drawing → temperature confirmation
Emulsification (multi-stage blender speed variation) → essence feeding
Cooling start → cooling (variable speed blending) → cooling completion confirmation
Discharge: Finished product discharge via emulsifying pump
