Our pulse jet dust collector (baghouse/cartridge dust collector) is a high-performance industrial filtration system designed to remove particulate matter from process air streams, ensuring clean air discharge and compliance with environmental regulations.

When the dust collector operates, dust-laden air enters the hopper section through the inlet. Due to sudden gas expansion, coarser particles settle into the hopper via inertia and gravity. Finer dust is carried upward into the filter chamber, where it is captured on the outer surface of filter bags or cartridges. Clean air passes through the filter media into the upper plenum and is discharged through the exhaust port, achieving efficient dust removal and air purification.

Industrial Baghouse Dust Removal System

principle

When the dust collector equipment is working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, a part of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash bucket due to inertia or natural settlement, and most of the other dust particles rise with the airflow. The bag chamber is filtered by the filter element, and the dust particles are retained on the outer side of the filter element. The purified gas has the inside of the filter element and enters the upper case body, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the valve plate hole and the exhaust air port, thereby achieving the purpose of dust removal.
